Each week I'm going to be bringing on and interviewing top performers that are absolutely crushing it in their industry and bringing on top managers and sales leaders that are building massive teams and putting up incredible numbers.

Guys, we're talking all different industries, medical device, insurance, home improvement, real estate, solar, copiers, advertising. There's a million different industries. We're going to get as many as we possibly can on the show. The second thing is who this show is actually for. So number one, people that are looking to break into the industry. Let's say you just graduated college. You don't know what industry.

that you want to be in and you want to be able to understand what it takes to get hired in that specific industry. This show is for you. Number two, current salespeople that aren't satisfied with their current role or industry. And they want to take a look at what the day to day is in other industries and see what potential is out there for them. Number three, people that want to know how they could elevate their game.

by learning from top performers in that industry. Never ever stop learning if you want to become a top sales rep. Number four, people that are already crushing the game that might want to consider getting into management, maybe for some equity reasons or whatever the case may be. You want to learn how you can train your guys to improve your overall sales number. And the last thing is who I am. My name is Andrew Laskey. I have been in sales for about a decade. I've been doing medical device sales for the last eight years. I'm now a full-time real estate investor. Before doing medical device sales, I did door-to-door sales straight out of college. No salary, 100 % commission.

did that for two years and then got into aesthetics and medical device, multiple president club winner, one time rep of the year. And I've been also able to build a real estate portfolio on the side while becoming a top performer. But this show has nothing to do with real estate. It's all about sales and it's all about providing value to the sales community so that everybody can get better. So guys follow along.
